Reflecting on our two-Day training!

 

We are delighted to share that we recently conducted a two-day training on Gender Equality and Social Inclusion with our 8 NGO partners on 23-24 May 2024.

Over the course of these two days, we engaged in discussions and participatory activities focused on understanding and promoting gender equality and social inclusion in land tenure and forestry context. Capabilities covered in this learning space were integrating GESI concept and its key elements and exploring intersectionality lens with its enablers used to analyze and understand context, adopt corresponding initiatives with identifying power dynamics and privilege operating internally and externally.
