On 21st May 2024, Gender and Development for Cambodia, along with Save the Children, conducted a reflection workshop on “Intersectional Gender Analysis” for partners of the SIDA SCO Strengthening Project for Children’s Rights. Intersectional Gender Analysis helps address the problems and needs that individuals or project beneficiaries experienced in their community due to their gender, race, caste, etc. During the workshop, there was a total of 16 SCO representatives, of which 6 females, applied this approach and shared their IGA-mainstreamed activities as a means to eliminate forms of discrimination and promote social inclusion during the project implementation in Cambodia.
