On July 23-24, 2022, with the partnership support of Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) in “Collective Action for Gender Equality” program, Gender and Development for Cambodia (GADC) provided a two-day training to gender warrior on strategic approach, timeline, advocacy context and priority top strategies and targets. This session is a part of feminist advocacy. There were 12 participants (women: 5, men:7). The purpose of this training is to raise awareness about feminist advocacy to advance society towards full gender equality and sustainability. As a result of this two-day session by using power matrix tool youth can assess how supportive power holders, influencers and alliance in achieving their advocacy objective. Youth also analyzed to prioritize their top strategies and their targets.
