ការសងត្រឡប់នៃកម្ចីរបស់ កម្មវិធីស្រាវ

  • មានរយៈពេល ២ឆ្នាំ អាចធ្វើឡើងជា​ត្រីមាស ឬឆមាស

  • ជាសកម្មភាពសប្បុរសធម៌​  បង្កើតឱកាសការងារ និងចំណូល

    • ការបរិច្ចាកផលិតផល/សម្ហារៈសម្រាប់ប្រើប្រាស់

    • ការបរិច្ចាកផលិតផល/សម្ហារៈសម្រាប់លក់បានជាចំណូល

    • បណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញដើម្បីទទួលបានឱកាសការងារ

លក្ខខណ្ឌនៃការចូលរួម

២. មានឆន្ទៈក្នុងការសងត្រឡប់មកវិញជាសកម្មភាពសប្បុរសធម៌ បង្កើតឱកាសការងារ និងចំណូល

៣. មានប្រតិបត្តិការអាជីវកម្មចាប់ពី១ឆ្នាំឡើងទៅ

៤. មានទីតាំង ឬការិយាល័យ ឬកន្លែងលក់ក្នុងទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ

៥. ជាអាជីវកម្មដែលមានការគិតគូរដល់បរិស្ថាន និងសង្គម

៦. ជាម្ចាស់អាជីវកម្មដែលមានការសម្រេចចិត្ត និងមានពេលវេលាលើអាជីវកម្មរបស់ខ្លួន១០០%

៧. ត្រូវមានបុគ្គលិកយ៉ាងតិច ២នាក់ តែមិនលើស ៣០នាក់

Mrs. But Vanny, 54, lives in Toul Leap village, Snor commune, Khan Kambol, Phnom Penh

A widow with three grown children living independently, she had been unemployed for over a year before joining the program. Through job training and receipt of added-income products, she became a seasonal staff member, earning income for daily expenses while gaining new skills. The support package of cashew nuts and boat cake also provided additional capital, enabling her to sell products at cafés and markets for extra income. She expressed her gratitude to Golden Hand Cashew for providing a sales channel and wholesale pricing that allowed her to earn higher income, as well as to the Thriive Program. "I am very happy to gain new skills and earn income to support myself. I could not find a job before due to limited skills, but now I can."

Ms. Vuthy, a 38-year-old woman with a disability

She completed a 35-day job training in sewing skills with Ming Handicraft. During the training, she learned essential garment-making skills, including body measuring, fabric cutting, sewing machine operation, and product quality control. The training strengthened her technical capacity and increased her confidence in her professional abilities. After completing the training, Ms. Vuthy was recruited as a full-time staff member at Ming Handicraft. She now applies her tailoring and sewing skills to produce garments and fulfill customer orders, earning a stable monthly income that allows her to be more self-reliant and financially independent. Reflecting on her journey, Ms. Vuthy shared, “Before this training, I did not believe I could work like others because of my disability. Learning how to sew and use machines gave me confidence and a real job. Now I earn my own income, support myself, and feel proud to contribute to my family and society.”
